"Good Evening, I didn't like the fact housekeeping at 4PM , the desk person was too busy to assist us because she was working alone, therefore I had to make my own bed and do garbage as well, my room should have been attended to earlier but that didn't happen, the room was not cheap so why should I have to pay a high price and clean my own room, im very very disappointed. "Wrong room was given to us and they were sold out. Full length mirror was ripped off the wall. Stains on the furniture and overall very beat up amenities. A child urinated on the floor during breakfast and the cleaning staff was going to wait til the breakfast was closed at 10 to actually mop it up and disinfect it. Overall terrible hotel for the price point. Pay a little extra and stay at one of the other two hotels on that road."

"Room was clean, staff were professional, breakfast was average at best. There was no where available outside to sit and visit with friends, we either had to be in the lobby with several other groups gathered around the TV and a pinochle or cram into someone's room. A table and a few chairs outside would have been nice"

"Way more and better than I expected. Full sized fridge and two burner stove in the room with a full sized over the range microwave. Extremely clean, quiet, and comfy bed. Full laundry facility on site. Super surprised for the price. It highly exceeded my expectations. Bonus is the bowling alley next door. The only thing I would recommend is bringing extra pillows if you want more than one each."

"This was an overall pretty good overnight stay for my family. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to the breakfast buffet to checkout. The breakfast and common areas were pretty clean and maintained decently. Our room was very spacious and I liked that the fridge was an actual mini fridge that could hold actual leftovers/food and not just beverages like other, higher priced places I’ve stayed. "We chose this hotel to stay in because of the close proximity to the hospital and the indoor pool.. Unfortunately,the pool motor had been struck by lightning and was out of service during our stay,I understand that it was out of the properties control...The staff was great,the room clean,but I'm so disappointed that no compensation was offered for the main amenity being down.."
