Block Island Beach House

"Staff courteous and helpful. The Beach House is run down, even more than when I visited in 2025. It’s part of the charm. However, I had three guest rooms, and one of them a king suite, the bathroom ceiling was falling apart there was mold on the ceiling as well. Light bulbs were burnt out as well. Couch was stained, worn, and not comfortable. Additionally there were never any beach towels available when e asked for them. It’s a wonderful location, but I think they I’ll stay elsewhere next year due to the property conditions."

The Shore House

"The rooms are very clean, comfortable and modern. The location is terrific because you can walk to Narragansett beach very easily, as well as walk to restaurants. The staff were helpful and they have free bicycles to use. We stayed in the motel portion of the Shore House. Some of the upper level balconies look out onto the water, but ours looked partially onto the water and then into the back of the Seacraft restaurant kitchen. Breakfast was adequate."
