"Booked a queen 2 bed with accessibility. Checked in, got to a room that had one queen bed and a shower over the tub! I was told they could not see what I booked, nothing they could do!I guess since a room is booked for two people it is ok to have to sleep together! Not if your just traveling together! Hallways smelled like someone cooking in their room! GROSS! Went for breakfast at 7 am, no bread, no breakfast sandwiches, no napkins,no fruit! Asked the person stocking if we were to late for breakfast, no just the workers hit him hard and trying to restock. He put out a few breakfast sandwiches, gobe in seconds. Had raisin bread and yorgurt. I assume the WORKERS got priority to what rooms they got. Never again!"

"Property claimed to have a hot tub months prior at the time of booking. Definitely didn’t have a hot tub. The hot tub was the deciding factor of the booking. "

"If I would have known then , what I now know about this hotel. I would have kept driving! The only thing I would rate more than 1 star is the staff. The room looked like they hired someone off the street to do the repair work. The continental breakfast was a joke, 2 pieces of bread (they looked stale), cereal,juice and coffee. That was about what the breakfast consisted of. "

"Badly in need of an update. Missing electric plates. Broken cord on clock radio. Rust on bedside lamps. Musty smell. Not up to Comfort Inn standards! Would not stay here again. "

"Rooms are run down. Blanket had stains in it. Was given the wrong room at check in and got argued with on what i booked. Had to have my key reactivated on the 2nd night since they didnt put both nights in the syatem. Better to stay at another midgrade hotel."

"We stayed here for one night. The place was definitely under a remodel. Furniture in the halls, things needing repair, it suficed for a night to get some sleep and a shower. Cant say much more. Far from impressed. "
