"Check in was pretty quick even though they were busy. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the fitness center and hot tub. Next time we'll stay longer for sure."

"The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. "Needs an update. No microwave Breakfast food was terrible quality. Lights not working in the room. The dresser would not close at all. (accidentally ripped one of my shirts when it caught on the corner of it. Otherwise, the hotel does what it’s meant to- sleep and go. Pillows were good though. Although I am at the age when I bring my own already. "

"My only two gripes was that the toilet was loose so every time you sat down it slammed back into place and the room had a comically oversized dresser beneath the tv that took up most of the walkway. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and bed was comfy. I was really impressed with the selection of breakfast foods available every morning. Front desk staff was cheery and personable. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit branson."

"Room appeared to be clean, but very worn. The carpet was in tatters at the door and the bed was horrible. You could see the sag in the mattress from the doorway. We had booked for 2 nights. The bed was so bad that we left after 1 night. When we told the front desk that the bed was so bad that we were checking out, she just said "OK". We forfeited a paid night and she didn't seem to care. "

"The staff was excellent but the room, not so great. It was 90 degrees when we stayed and the air conditioner quit. I picked up the phone to dial the front desk and the phone didn't work. My husband had to walk to the front desk to talk to somone and they said they could give us a fan if we wanted and they would let maintenance know. Maintenance arried around 11pm and did fix the issue but it took forever to cool the room enough to sleep. They did what they could I guess but the stay/room was...

"No pool use Parking was fine Staff was helpful Missing was the luggage cart at check-in Bathtub had a high step over wall that is very dangerous for elderly people. I did not use it, my wife managed to climb over the rim"

"Clean, convenient to conference center and shops. We stayed here for the state archery tournament, and we will choose this hotel again next year."

"The room was the cleanest ive ever been in, that wasnt brand new. I came in off season so i expected thing not to be in full swing… and it was super quiet! Both great! But they advertised “pet friendly” but when we arrived with our dog, it was almost a problem. Our dog is a service dog so nothing else was said about that. Then looking around the “pet park or area” they advertised had a couple of very large, barking dogs and a goat i think? So that wasnt an option… other than being super clean it...

"It was stated that check-in is at 4:00pm. We arrived at 6:00pm and were told our room was not ready and to check back in an hour. We came back at 7:30pm and were able to check in but when we entered our room it appeared that it had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. We hauled our luggage back down from the 8th floor, were given a new room but then were presented with what appeared to be blood droplets all over the comforter once we pulled it back.
