"Furniture in a king suite was dated and needed refinishing as surface was missing in some spots. Silverfish in the shower was disgusting, advised Emma at the front desk who stated that with our location and weather this was expected and was not polite or apologetic, why is there moisture on a 3rd floor “suite”? Not acceptable for the price point."

I felt genuinely valued and comfortable throughout my stay. Even on my first day, I’m already hooked. Holiday Inn has definitely gained a loyal customer, 10/10, highly recommended! I had a 4 days stay."
