"Was only here for a night, but the location was good and it had every we needed for that time. They had DVD's in the lobby I assume you could borrow, but no DVD players in the rooms. I don't know if we could have borrowed a DVD player as well if we had asked, but that was a cool little bonus I wasn't expecting before checking in."

"This property was located central in Katoomba with easy access to buses and the train. It also had numerous places to eat within walking distance, plus one right next door. There were 3 supermarkets nearby, including one across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful and even offered to change rooms, if we could not manage the stairs. "Catering staff were not well trained we had to wait over an hour for a toasted sandwich in their cafe, house has hit and miss with no bath at had to ask reception. Other guests in our group only had one cup in the room etc"
