"Loud area to begin with. Cars racing on the street. Not the hotels fault. Old!, not well maintained. The person above me sounded like they would be coming through the ceiling. The floor was mushy under the vinyl flooring and did not inspire confidence. Beds are gross. Linens are gross. I swear a hooker and client checked in before me. "Loved everything about the property and location. Overall cleanliness is excellent. The room was very welcoming and clean except the shower. There was hair on the bodywash bottle and on the walls. Someone who has been in hospitality for over 15 years i understanding things can be missed unintentionally so it doesn't bother me as much. But it would help if the rooms were double checked."

"This was a great place to take my granddaughter her last day of school. She loves swimming. Pools are to cold ocean is freezing. Pool was very clean and hot tub very relaxing. Suggestion for pool area have a bathroom in or closer to pool rather then lounge and check in desk. Lounge is great every night they have something going on. You don’t have to stay but optional. "Honestly, my family and I travel VERY often. This has to be one of the WORST stays we’ve experienced. Found bed bugs, pool had some molding around the edges and by chairs, pool and gym had codes in order to get in the doors which we needed to do about 3 times in order for them to work. "The property was very nice, and the location very good. I drove into the downtown area of Stroudsburg, and enjoyed exploring the shops, restaurants, and coffee cafes. I think the desk staff could have been a little more enthusiastic, and offered more of a friendly greeting when guests arrived and/or departed. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, and the kitchen staff was very nice & helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
