I found this beautifully preserved and well maintained covered bridge just a short distance from Newport, Virginia. Well worth the ride to spend a few quiet moments reflecting on how much this old world has changed since 1916.

"Breakfast area was nice... decent choice.. would have liked a few more hot items to choose from (breakfast potatoes, sausage, etc). The room had a lot of space and the bed was comfortable! The only thing I could really point out is that the carpet in the room is dated. Other than that, a great stay!"
