Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg

"The property was clean and the majority of the staff were friendly. The only issue I had was on the last night at 9 pm I was called to move my vehicle (Kia Sorento EX) the employee said smaller vehicles had to park on the second level and I had to move. That would not have been an issue except I have a handicap placard for my car and there were no handicap spaces available on the second level. So I was made to move from a handicap accessible parking spot to one that was not. I am inclined to look at other hotels for my next stay"

Gatlinburg Town Square

"The hotel is in a good quiet spot but an easy walk to central Gatlinburg. We were at the further location (the main sire that all the pictures are of was down the road). The hotel itself is very dated, but I believe being renovated. It was clean oversll but with some misses - very dusty lamps and unfortunately we fiund a couple of fingernail clippings left in the bathroom on the towels. But bed sheets clean and kitchen was good too. Staff were great! Very friendly and helpful sharing lots of information about the area, the wildlife, and places to go. Chris in particular was really kind and gave us lots of tips. Please note there was no WiFi, so make sure you have data."

"Our room was very nice, even lacking somewhere to hang or more counter tops…kind of minor…(?) the price was nice, but breakfast was ridiculously late…started at 8:00am! Right near a national park! And I guess the biggest downside was the fact that they surprisingly charged us $5.00 for parking!!! Not ok! If you need that $ just add it to the room price, don’t spring it on us after we are done paying!"
