Breakfast had a lot of pre packaged options, sausage, boiled eggs, waffles Even though we were there 4 nights, our room was never once serviced. Had to go to front desk to get towels. Sign in room said serviced every three days. When mentioned at check out, they just said sorry. "

"Shortly after booking I received a text inviting me to checkin online to save time- which I did. This included uploading a pic of my drivers license, vehicle plates and payment info. When I arrived, instead of picking up my room keys, check-in process was very strange and uncomfortable, with the male attendant insisting on showing me the room prior to checkin. He expected me to go inside with him and have a look around. The elevators weren't working so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs....

"The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...
