"The room was nice and clean, the beds and bedding were soft and comfy. But the lotion pump in the bathroom was grimy & crusty all over the top - it’s those refillable ZERO brand ones. Also, there’s no conditioner. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide conditioner, or at least a 2-in-1. The mirror in the bathroom has no anti-fog feature and there’s no fart fan, so foggy mirrors after showers. The breakfast was exactly as expected - nothing to write home about but it broke the fast. They did have flavored waffles which was cool. They had malted vanilla batter, or blueberry vanilla. Unfortunately, there’s one small machine for everyone to share and it takes like 3 min per waffle, and there were several families there. The OJ was really good. The pool was very nice , much nicer than I expected. The indoor pool was nice and cool, and an actual full size pool. On every floor, there are signs that say “Ice and Vending” but there’s only ice machines, no vending machines anywhere. The doors to the rooms shut suuuuuper slow which is kinda weird but at least they latch and lock easily. The desk staff was cordial but not friendly or any gestures of helpfulness. However, the ladies that were restocking the breakfast options were much friendlier and just more pleasant. The location is very convenient, and parking was easy and ample."

"We had a very nice room, more like a small suite, that was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished for a very reasonable price. It was in an historic building with a great city view from the open-air rooftop lounge/smoking area (if you can tolerate being around smoke). Details like soft thick towels were an added touch. It was within walking distance (10 minutes) of several downtown restaurants. One downside: decaf coffee pods were promised but never delivered. Note; the listing shows breakfast included but they do not furnish any breakfast. The hostess said they had tried to remove that from the listing."

"Loved our stay! Clean spacious rooms, walking distance to the mercantile and other shops. Close to great food for dinner and just a sweet little town. Great service everywhere we went and beautifully refurbished rooms. Can’t wait to stay here again."

"We were in town for an RC competition out by Copan Lake. The property was well maintained - except for a slow drain in the tub, no problems at all. A/C (on one of the hottest weekends we've spent in Bartlesville) stayed well ahead of the heat. The price and availability of the property was just what we needed."

"The hotel stay was generally excellent. There was a problem with both elevators in the facility, but they were working on it. Very nice breakfast with good assortment of choices. Scrambled eggs and bacon this morning were very good! The temperature outside was 106 degrees when we arrived, but the room was very cool. 😀. I would recommend visiting Bartlesville earlier in the year!"

"As outside temperature was in the 98 to 105 degrees. Way too hot for the miss’s and I. There is a fishing pond and a paddle boat you can use if you wish. Breakfast was great and the owner Perry was very polite and had done well with the place. Great place to relax. Except for the hot weather everything was very good."
