"This place is awesome and son.uch fun you don't even have to leave the resort. Its a lot for families and kids to do along with walking distance to even a Walmart super center, gas stations and way more. The staff was very friendly and helpful from front desk to attendants to even the cleaning staff. I loved my two bedroom place it was so clean and nice even had a washer and dryer inside."

"We had a wonderful experience and time at Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg they were very courteous, friendly and polite. A real pleasure staying there. Our room was very nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the Continental breakfast was, let's just say not your regular continental breakfast more like a breakfast buffet, the staff kept it constantly full and attended to guests the entire time. Great location to a lot of entertainment. We will Definitely be staying there again on our next trip."

"The first night, the air conditioning was not working in our room. Not ideal but the staff was very helpful providing credits and relocating us the next day. The hotel is centrally located with a lot of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The pool/pool bar was fun but would love an adult only option!"
