The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was not very clean; things were left in the refrigerator and there was debris on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was extremely limited, consisting of waffles, cereal, toast, orange juice and milk.

Air conditioning and heating worked. Lots of hot water. This hotel needs to update many of the room fixtures, microwave, refrigerator, exterior door did not close good with gap showing on bottom. First place I have stayed that was dusty and dirty on furniture and counters.

Everything was ok, but stuff that works during the day, she seemed to always have a attitude and thought she was boss or something. And they said we had to leave after us beening there for over a month bc they said all the rooms was already reserved bc there was people coming in supposedly for a shut down for 2 weeks, and all the rooms was full, but we had been there for over a month. We had made our reservation online everyday and paid everyday. I think it was bc when we reserved our room online they wasn't really wanting to with the price that was online bc it was cheaper. But they shouldn't be in a contact with a 3 party site if they didn't want people to go online and get it cheaper than what it would be to go through the hotel itself. It wasn't our fault that it was cheaper online. It is crazy for it to be 82.50 a night through the hotel itself when their it's a pool or anything there either. The only give you clean sheets and blankets once a week they said. And we kept our room clean ourself bc I kept a don't disturb sign on the door so they wouldnt bother us. I even put our dirty towels out for them every morning right outside the door so they picked them up, and I would either catch housekeeping or go to the desk and get our clean ones everyday and the stuff that we needed they give you for the rooms No drinks or snacks sold there the dryer takes forever to dry your clothes in the laundry mat room. Our room had ants in it. They only spray once a month.

The general manager was so nice and accommodating. She showed a great interest in me and the motel. I could tell that she really worked hard to make this an excellent place to stay.

Breakfast was a joke and terrible. Condition of the hotel was awful. TV didn't work, smelled terrible, and carpet damp to name a few. If we didn't pay when we booked it, we definitely would of left. This is a downside to paying before you arrive.

I only stayed there a few hours (7:30A.M.-10:50A.M.) and could NOT get any sleep the little time I was there because housekeeping kept knocking on my door every hour on the hour. Mind you I had just worked an overnight 12 hour shift from 7P.M. to 7A.M. and was trying to at least get a CAT NAP in before 11:00A.M. checkout so I thought. I expressed my concern asking the lady at the front desk did housekeeping know what time check out is and she said yes, but she starts knocking on doors at 9A.M. (which is NOT in the terms and conditions I read). Then she goes on to say 10 people checked out at 9:00A.M. this morning, which was neither here nor there to me cos I'm NOT people. IF 10 people actually did check out at 9A.M. I'm almost certain housekeeping did NOT clean 10 rooms that quickly, cos she was knocking on my door once again at 10:00A.M. Then to add injury to insult the lady at the front desk tries to JUSTIFY housekeeping knocking on my door at 9 A.M. by saying she's stayed at several hotels (MOTELS maybe) that starts knocking on your door at 9A.M. I told her I NEVER and I've stayed at much nicer hotels than this. IF check out time is at 9A.M. instead of 11A.M. I strongly suggest they put that in there terms and conditions.
