"This place is best suited for a quick, no-frills golf trip. In terms of quality, it sits somewhere between a Hampton Inn and a Moxy. If this property were advertised as a 3-star hotel, it would be alright . However, claiming to be a 5-star establishment is a joke, and I will not be returning. "We booked this hotel based on location and onsite parking availability. It was very walkable to everything in Cascais and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great to deal with. We unfortunately didn’t have enough time to take advantage of the pool, but the baby ducks were certainly enjoying it!! 😂"

However, the check-in process was very difficult as we had arrived with our young child before the formal check-in time and would have paid extra for early check-in after an overnight flight. Front desk staff were not helpful, getting any support was like pulling teeth.
