"The hotel is a bit dated, but they are working on improving it and overall is not a significant drawback. Location is amazing, you can see the Andes mountain from many points of the resort. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff extremely helpful. Very good breakfast as well as the food in the restaurant on site. We had a great stay, will definitely go back"

"One of the most spectacular properties I’ve ever seen. Hard to put it into words. The view of the Andes is beyond compare and it is nestled amidst an active vineyard. The hotel is an architectural work of art with wonderful spaces for relaxing. The service was very professional and the room was perfect. The food was unparalleled . I wish we could have stayed longer."

"The property sits on a historical winery which is the oldest in the valley. Veronica and her team did a wonderful job managing the property, They are very attentive. The adobe structure was charming, clean and comfortable; the grounds are beautiful. We feel like sitting in someone’s cozy home when we had light dinner and breakfast. Sitting around the fireplace in the living room with fellow travelers sipping wine was extremely relaxing. Veronica also showed us the winery which is lovely. Highly recommended."

"I arrived at The Vines with no expectations and left completely blown away. I originally wanted to stay at Casa de Uco, but it was booked, and while researching alternatives I discovered The Vines. I’m so glad I did. We stayed in Villa #4 with lake and Andes views, and it was breathtaking. The villa was beautifully designed, spacious and sophisticated, with thoughtful details including a welcome bottle of wine. But the spectacular view of the Andes is something I’ll never forget. I also knew very little about Siete Fuegos or Francis Mallmann beforehand. We simply immersed ourselves in the experience, and it became one of the highlights of our trip. The open-fire cooking, setting, wine and atmosphere were unforgettable. The concierge team truly elevated our stay. They arranged transfers, recommended and booked other bodegas, organized a horseback ride, kept track of our activities and made sure everything went smoothly. We also enjoyed a tasting at Vines to Go with Joaquín, who was knowledgeable, personable and wonderful at introducing us to the grapes grown on the property. Even when we left early, the staff prepared breakfast for us to take along. I’m incredibly thankful for the experience. The Vines exceeded every expectation, and I would return without hesitation."

"This is definitely an absolutely fantastic experience that redefines what a boutique stay can be. Rather than a traditional hotel, this property has been cleverly designed will great taste to resemble a contemporary architectural home. With only a few guest rooms, the atmosphere is effortlessly serene with breathtaking views of the Andes! The hosts try their best to make guests feel like staying in a home away from home.We re planning on returning next year! If you want a memorable stay in Uco valley look no further!"
