"The staff accommodated us with an early check-in follow our over night flight which was incredible. Only small issue we had was getting a room service sandwich one night. They could not toast the sandwich and were perturbed when we asked for it. Overall a great hotel with great staff and somewhere we will visit again. "

"Only negative was that there wasn't an elevator. Staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and provided great service. Reception staff helped with baggage due to some of us being a bit incapacitated."

"The location was amazing for site seeing and close to lots of shops/restaurants and pubs. The bar on site had live music and friendly staff. The bus depo is right across the street and we took it daily to visit other little towns. The room we had was quite small but very clean. There is no fridge but that seems the norm in Ireland. The bed was comfortable BUT the pillows were so thin and hard. Overall a very nice stay "

"The hotel is a well preserved slice of history. A landmark in its own right. The restaurant and bar area are recommended. If you’re driving by car take note that there is a long stretch of curb space reserved for buses, not cars and it is blocked off with cones. This makes accessing the hotel difficult and a member of the front desk staff was not pleased that I moved a cone to pull up and unload. "Fabulous B&B that we plan to return to. Brilliant hosts and an incredible breakfast each morning. Room was perfect as was the location perfect to our needs. "

"Nice breakfast. Quick check in. Need a choice of softer pillows. No bottled water. Need decaffeinated tea choices. Room warm and windows did not appear to open; there was a fan. Great location next to bus and train station. Restaurant was very good"
