Radisson Collection Bodrum is a beautifully designed, brand-new property set in a charming village-style concept with small shops and restaurants, creating a relaxed and visually appealing atmosphere. The absolute highlight is the beach — crystal-clear water, palm trees on the grass, and a calm, quiet environment with no loud music. It feels private, serene, and genuinely restorative. Breakfast is good and the surrounding village restaurants outside the hotel are often more enjoyable and better value than the hotel’s own dining options. However, service does not consistently reflect a five-star standard. While staff are friendly, service can feel lousy and not very attentive. The hotel restaurants are also overpriced for the quality and portion sizes offered. Overall, a stunning location with an exceptional beach and strong design, but guest services and dining still need refinement to match its luxury positioning.

We were allocated a superb room with a view over the marina to the sea. The front of house staff could not have been more helpful. Booking Taxis and advise on the best way to book a ferry for our onward journey to Kos was achieved with a pleasant smile and effectiveness. The breakfast menu was fantastic as were the evening meal options. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

Beautiful hotel in surroundings that are quite stunning. Excellent service. We loved the beach and crystal clear water, with the grass area providing plenty of space for the loungers and space for children to run around. The adjoining shopping area and restaurant selection is very good. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts. However, a note on the paid-for hotel amenities (we were interested in the spa and tennis/padel courts), pricing for these services was at the very top-end of the market, higher than most hotels we have visited in Europe, would advise budgeting appropriately should you wish to make use of these facilities.

Loved the stay. There was a festival on its last day when we arrived. It looked amazing. Beach area is lovely and clean. For October the sea temperature was cool. The cats are a delight and waiters are kind. Service amazing. There isnt mich to do outside the hotel and Bodrum town centre is 1/2 hour away. Its a quiet hotel, no night entertainment but built with a little venice look and sjops and plenty of restaurants. Great service and fabulous sea facing, modern room. Balinese massage was realllyyy good!!!

Well maintained, scenic location. The room cleaning staff should be supervised better, as they didn't replace the used glasses and did not refill the shower soap. Also, spa, and most restaurants were closed.

Hotel is built and run to a high standard, staff are lovely, always ready to go the extra mile for you. They made my stay very special just be being themselves, they all seem extremely happy to be working at the hotel, credit to the team and the hotel manager!

We stayed at Radisson Collection Bodrum for a wedding with our young child. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of basic service, safety, and accountability. Despite requesting and reconfirming a crib before arrival, none was provided. We were eventually given a visibly worn and stained crib late at night, which was replaced with one that had a broken wheel the next day. Having to repeatedly address such a basic need while traveling with a young child was frustrating. More concerningly, late at night, my husband and several friends got trapped in the elevator for 10–15 minutes. Despite pressing the alarm and trying to contact the front desk, no one responded. Luckily we got out, but when went to the front desk, they appeared unaware of the incident afterward. This is a safety concern if the elevator emergency system does not work properly. We understand that issues can arise at any hotel, but what matters is how they are handled. The lack of timely assistance and meaningful accountability afterward was particularly disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both its safety procedures and its approach to addressing guest concerns.
