"Overall, we had a wonderful stay at dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives. The property is absolutely stunning and gives major White Lotus vibes. The turquoise water is breathtaking, the beach is beautiful, the resort feels very private, and the food was consistently good.
That said, “island time” is very real here. Expect to wait for buggies and many requests, and you may have to ask two or three times. I actually recommend walking if you don’t mind it.
The biggest opportunity for improvement is the service. Many staff members weren’t very warm or welcoming, which was surprising at a luxury resort. However, Aminul was exceptional and deserves special recognition. Every interaction with him was genuine, friendly, and professional. He anticipated our needs, always had a smile, and truly made us feel cared for. He represents exactly what luxury hospitality should be. Noey and Nama were also fantastic and consistently provided excellent service.
Check in could be much more organized when multiple guests arrive by boat, while check out was incredibly fast. Room service is an extra charge, and the oceanfront Japanese restaurant also costs extra if you’re staying fewer than four nights, even with the all inclusive package."
