"Rooms are big and clean. My check in was not what I expected at all!!! You are allowed 1 beach towel, I thought that was ridiculous!!! I also had an accident, slipped and fell and hurt my wrist badly. I went to hospital twice. The front desk sent a security guard to check on me but not one manager called to see how I was doing.
