The cleaning crew was attentive and helpful in cleaning up my sheets after spilling coffee not once but twice. Many options for TV viewing including Netflix’s. Walls were thick and slept very comfortably, never hearing noise...

The one-bedroom suite was perfect for traveling with a toddler since we had a separate bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing snacks and simple meals. "Everything about this place was horrible. From the staff, cleanliness, quality of the bed mattress, lukewarm water in the shower, to the thin wall walls in which you can hear everyone around you making it very difficult to sleep save your money and don’t stay here."

"My biggest issue with the property was the non working elevator at building 2. I believe that the elevator has been out of commission for some time and there is no plan on fixing it. My party had 4 seniors adults who need handicap assistance and none was avaliable. We were put on the 2nd floor but it was like going up 3 levels stairs. This was unacceptable but we had few options. "This was a great two night stay in the Northgate area - busy property but the front desk staff was friendly and handled all efficiently. Appreciated the advance and during stay communication from the Front Office Manager. While probably automated it is still a nice service touchpoint that is underutilized by most hotels."

"It is a unique, historical, and beautiful hotel. It has a lot of character, located in a park, it’s got lots of nice surroundings and trails. Clean and good rooms. Well maintained. Great for a relaxing or romantic stay. Also good for conferences. We enjoyed it a lot."
