"From the moment we checked into the moment, we checked out the entire hotel was absolutely horrible checking in with a headache. They had two women there carrying on a conversation and there was three people in front of me instead of them splitting up and checking out separate people they’d rather carry on the conversation and only one person was working then we got to the room. It was dirty then in the morning the breakfast is not ready. It said made to order you had to sit and wait and then they told me to go get my money back because they didn’t have enough food. We’ll never stay here again."

" We were very disappointed that the pool was not working and was not told at the time of booking. We had to get them in the fix the air conditioner and spray for little black bugs. We had to keep adjusting the air ourselves to keep it running. The bathroom floor looked like it had not been mopped. Breakfast was ok, location was good. "

"There was no WiFi. There wasn’t a coffee maker or cups. When checking out, the woman behind the glass said that the Health Department instructed them to remove cups and coffee makers and irons. I didn’t understand this. I could not get into the lobby: it was locked. I had to do everything through a teller-like window. This made me think that this was not a safe place. I expected much better from a Wyndham-sponsored hotel and was very disappointed. The beds were clean. The woman was nice."
