"Meh. This hotel needs some real work, it's stuck in a 2001 time warp. Dated in many ways, including all the things that modern business travelers want/need: more room outlets, fast USB-C charging ports, less chunky room furniture/adaptability, hydration stations on each floor, a modern gym. Would never stay here again. Hyatt should look at the Hilton Canopy hotels as an example of how to get with the times."

Interstate traffic is very loud and the hotel walls are not well-insulated. Receipt was not provided at check-out and is not accessible online either. "
