Excellent service, the breakfast was delicious, a quiet and peaceful place, a peaceful neighborhood, plenty of places to eat, and a shopping center just a 5-minute walk away. I would definitely stay again.

The receptionist was very helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and has the essential necessities like towels and soap and shampoo. Tv's worked properly. The hotel area is safe and had a places to eat nearby. The only inconvenient is the hotel don't have elevator, and our room was on the 4th floor. Everything else is good for the price.

Very good .homely

Is good spacious apartment.cooking facilities are a bit poor but can make a hot drink and omelette and noodles The area down to Fontibon is safe and great with many good reasonable priced places to eat and panderia or bakeries . Many supermarkets and hairdressers and phone shops . 10 minutes walk from Hayuelos Center Mall which sells everything you can imagine and all banks . Is quite close to airport and have nice little breakfast . The people in reception are super friendly and super helpful Uber is about 20,000peso ($5) to Central tourist areas . Is a great place

Staff was nice and friendly, but the rooms were extremely small, walls very very thin, and worst of all beds hard. During my stay the city also cut off the water for over 2 days which the hotel would only reimburse me for 1. We changed rooms twice basically had 3 different rooms and had to infact pay an upcharge because I requested a refund and they said they couldn't initially but had a larger room in their hotel across the street. After paying the upcharge the room was definitely larger but walls still thin, beds hard, and no water. Also seemed very picky about replacing with clean bed sheets and fresh towels

I only stayed here because it was close to airport and had great reviews and I just needed a quiet night sleep. However you could hear everything in the rooms around you. The couple next to me were in and out of their room all night open and closing the door. I could hear them talking in their room, and out in the hallway by my door. I could here them go to the bathroom. It was very uncomfortable to sleep unfortunately. But the room was cheap so I was surprised by the high rating and booked it.

Beds were so old and it was so hard to sleep plus it was a very cold night and there were not extra blankets in the rooms. The building has a 4 story floor and there isn’t an elevator and they put us on the 4 floor. Very exhausting and expensive for the amenities. The only good thing was that staff who were very friendly.

Las 4 chicas de recepcción excelente tratato, me aloje por 4 noches, el personal que da el desayuno la chica alta a veces atiende de mala gana, el último día me dió de desayunar como medio huevo, la taza de chocolate muy chica cuando a los demás le estaba dando grande y me la sirvió a la mitad, le pedimos mantequilla y solo llevo una. Las instalaciones extrmadamente limpias, pero la cama mal ubicada, no se podia prender la luz del baño.
