Staff don’t really interact.. bfast very poor. The service is very very slow .. only the chef is aware of what’s going on. The waiters looks lost. Never ask if everything is fine. No coffee/tea spoon for coffee on the table .. no sugar.. when u ask for a coffee they offer you caps from the machine. Test very awful and so very hot..15/20 minutes wait for an omelette even if there is only few guests..but when the manager/boss (a woman) comes..she gets the all attention but the guests get nothing.. one day a certain man came, sit on the right side and order an omelette, after me, and get served right away.. but something was wrong with his omelette so chef changed it right away and I’m still waiting for mine.. very poor service.. asked for an orange juice every day and I have time to finish my food before the juice arrives. Very disappointed…only the room and the cleaning were fine ..never been ask if needing anything..
