I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, in a safe and convenient area with everything close by. The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. What stood out the most was the reception service-friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

Une très grosse déception.

Nous avons découvert le soir en arrivant que notre réservation avait été annulée. Après une demi-heure d'explications brumeuses et changeantes (l'initiative de l'annulation nous a d'abord été imputée à tort, puis on nous indiqué que l'appartement avait été reloué, et enfin qu'un problème de plomberie le rendait indisponible pour une nuit, puis pour la totalité de nitre séjour), puis de négociations avec une réceptionniste sincére et à l'écoute, qui prenait ses ordres d'un supérieur par messagerie électronique, nous avons obtenu, pour nous et nos deux enfants, deux chambres doubles, pour le même prix, à l'hôtel situé juste en face, appartennant au même propriétaire. Nous ne pouvons donc pas émettre d'avis sur l'appartement que nous n'avons pas vu. L'hôtel était correct, moderne et bien tenu. Le personnel était irréprochable. Et la situation géographique parfaite, dans un quartier calme et sûr, à 30 minutes du centre en transports en commun.

Tentei me comunicar com a habitação dias antes de viajar, atendeu a ligação uma vez e disse que ia confirmar a reserva, dai pra frente ignorou todas minhas mensagens, chegando lá não havia ninguém no Flat, depois de uma meia hora apareceu uma moça Tatiana, que disse que minha reserva tinha sido cancelada pela Hoteis.com, não recebi nenhum aviso de parte alguma, péssima experiencia, tive que sair atrás de outro hotel, sendo que havia um evento na região, tive que pagar um preço altíssimo e ficar mais longe do evento, não recomendo, total falta de profissionalismo, por que não avisou que tinha problemas com a reserva antes? deixei inúmeras mensagens no celular que segundo a moça é do gerente.

Suspicious of the Staff

I stayed at this hotel in 3 different occasions in July of 2017, a total of 9 nights. All three times I booked a 3 bedroom but on 2nd and 3rd occasion I was only given a 2 bedroom apartment. On the second occasion, I was also charged 50,000 pesos more than the quote given by Hotels.com and no explanation was given for this. I have taken up the matter with hotels.com and am awaiting a reply. Also the hotel staff tried to charge tax (19%) from me even though the email from Hotels.com clearly said that no tax will be charged for tourists (non Colombians citizens) for upto 60 days. I had to argue with the hotel staff but finally did not end up paying the tax. During my stay there, while getting to the hotel from the airport, I got off from the taxi and forgot to take my suitcase from the boot. I talked to the hotel staff and they assured me that the next day they will review the CCTV and let me know the licence plate number of the taxi. When I went to them the next day, they told me that only the owner can review the camera footage and they asked me to come after 4.00 pm. At 4.00 pm, they told me that the camera was not working and there was not footage. I have no reason to suspect that cab driver intentionally drove off or of any hotel involvement and considered it my oversight. But the changing stories made me suspect something.
