"I had a problem with my passport which meant I had to delay the start of my journey. The hotel kept my booking open and have been very informative and friendly throughout. When eventually I was able to travel, the hotel made sure that my booking for extra days meant I didn't need to change rooms. Their responses throughout were almost immediate, and always understanding and helpful. Highly recommended and I will stay with them again "

My only recommendation is make sure you pre-register/check your DMs once you book because you won’t be able to get in the building.
