"We planned on staying 3 nights which turned into 4 due to horrible weather and blizzards. We were given a room and were told that it would be “quiet”. The room ended up being right next to a stair case and was in fact not quiet at all. Our room was oddly laid out and did not have a microwave as advertised online. We were however able to use one that was in the breakfast room 3 floors up from our room. Overall the room was clean and we had room service that came and replaced towels everyday. The...

"Evening check in person seemed annoyed she had to get off her phone to check us in, she was rude, we could definitely tell she didn't want to be there and that we were an inconvenience to her. Player's club staff also acted inconvenienced to assist us. No one seemed happy to be there. Room hallways were under remodel with wet paint signs and long nails sticking out of trim. Hotel definitely needs some updating."
