"Been staying at this hotel for years, no more! Dirty, worn out, taped patched carpet, filthy windows, filthy staircase handrails brass no-Less. Worn out or missing furniture. Burned out lighting out side in the parking lot and entrance a big safety issue. A real pity a little longer and this location will be a drug den as the twickers already gather in the hall off the main desk on the ground floor at night. The last draw is the boilers are failing, the hot water is luke warm at best, no hot water at all in some rooms. "

"Over all clean for an older hotel. One thing that needs updated are the headboards in the rooms. Ours was cracking and falling off onto the bed. "

"Room was colorful, well appointed and well maintained. Restaurant was too expensive and without identified gluten free options. Driving up, valet parking seemed required so I took it for an additional $30. Lovely hotel and lovely staff. "

"Easy check-in and check-out. The heated pool and hot tub was really nice. The breakfast in the morning helped to start our day. Great location in downtown Boise. "

"The property is welcoming to pets. However the room they placed us in smelled terrible. My husband didn't notice and my flight didn't get in till 9:30 pm, so it was really too late to complain. I did notified the staff that the room smelled of cheap air freshner (like a motel 6). And I asked don't they have an Ionizer. They responded they did and don't use air freshener. We have been there several times and this is the 1st time I encountered this. Otherwise it a fun hotel in a great location. "
