"We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet. It’s a great location walkable to everything downtown and the coffee shop was amazing."

"The Boise Guest House is our goto place to stay when we come to Boise for an event. It's always quiet, and there's a small backyard with tables and chairs to sit in. Checking in is always easy. The room we stay in is set up like a Studio apartment with a kitchen area. I'm sure the rest are the same. We'll be back again and again."

"Very centrally located, very clean area. It was close to a greenbelt to Payette Brewery with activities. There is a big food court area in the Warehouse and a Trader Joe’s super close. There are several breakfast offerings that you can get in a half order (the mimosas can be made with any juice, I recommend grapefruit). Fantastic Bloody Marys, they have a special one for weekend brunch which I highly recommend. All of the staff were especially friendly."

"Our room wasn't very clean. It didn't appear to have been vacuumed and we found a bag of groceries in a drawer from the previous occupants. Also, the air conditioning in our room didn't seem to work very well and it was pretty uncomfortable during our stay. Other rooms may have been nicer and it could have been a one off situation."

"I called twice about the TV not working and all we got answering machine. I preferred to talk to human beings and the parking lot was horrible there’s only 14 available and if you decided to leave it have dinner or to drive around town you will be parking a block away from the hotel. We hardly slept because you can hear the cars and the air conditioning was so loud. I will definitely never booked at the ARCADIA HOTEL in BOISI ever again."

"States that it has a pool, but you don’t have access to it only residents do also whenever I got there there was no electricity until maybe about two hours after my arrival"

"The minuses: not the cleanest property we've been to (perhaps there have been short-staff issues), for example the chair in our room appears to be original to when the property opened (years old, perhaps decades), the thermostat was basically hanging out of the wall (it worked, but still), everything felt very dated, showed wear. The pluses: a FANTASTIC comfortable super-clean bed (we slept very well), even though the bathroom felt dated it was clean and had great water pressure in the shower,...
