"After checking into my hotel, and unloading my clothes I realized the air was turning on and off even though it was set at a temp. When I went to call the front desk, my phone didn’t work. I had 2 lights burnt out & no microwave or fridge. Archer was absolutely amazing in regard to customer service. He went above and beyond to not only get me a fridge and microwave.
