We arrived late evening for a youth soccer tournament lasting all weekend. When going to check in, much to my dismay my room had been canceled due to overbooking. Apparently Expedia had forwarded wrong information to the hotel and they could not reach me. There were ZERO vacancies at ANY hotels within 50 miles of tournament. This is when Casandra at the hotel sprung into action. She called the manager at home to help us find a room in the hotel and didn't let our family be stranded 3+ hours from home. VERY disappointed in Expedia (will continue to use though), and COMPLETELY impressed with service of the hotel. Hopefully this gets to the fine young lady that helped my stranded family! THANK YOU!!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Parking was tight. Magnetic locks did not work well. We all had to get new keys at least once during our two night stay. Staff did their best although they were shorthanded.
