"The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Claudine, was simply divine. She went above and beyond to help me feel welcome and even helped me locate a car wash where I could clean up my rental. She is an outstanding employee and just a really nice lady. While the furnishings are a bit worn and dated, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked great and so did the shower. I definitely would stay there again."

"We had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites in Boise! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection, which made for a great start to the day. Our room was nice, the beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated how dark the room stayed at night. The hotel also has a nice outdoor seating area and an outdoor pool. The pool was a little chilly during our stay, but the kids still enjoyed having it available. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!"
