3 stars based on cleanliness alone. Public areas as well as the guest room itself were squeaky clean.
They lose points due to: paper thin walls between rooms, embarrassingly poor wifi, and no trash cans in the room!

Old hotel new look
Picture made hotel look like new but was a remodel, went from a motel 6 to a SpringHill suites. Just covered up an old hotel!!

Very nice, spacious and clean rooms! Breakfast is free and have a variety of things to choose from. Rooms are fully stocked with toiletries. We travel up north a few times a year for my kids wrestling and this is always my go to Hotel! Highly recommend! Friends paid twice the amount for their hotel room at the Hilton and breakfast wasn’t even included in their stay they had to pay an extra $12 per person just to eat breakfast at a hotel that is way overpriced. Springhill Suites is definitely a 10/10 and I highly recommend!

I am sorry you had a cold shower we had to replace the entire mixing valve which was done last week so hopefully that should not be an issue with some rooms.

thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience while staying here with us, your experience of our guest room was below your standard, sorry about that and I apologize for this issue, we are aware the rooms are need of renovation which should be taking place by end of November 2022 please come back and see us again.

Hotel staff amazing and friendly, lobby reception area nice and clean.
Rooms are dirty, carpets would not walk on without shoes, overall cleanliness was poor at best.
Provided breakfast wat not so good, appeared that wrapped sandwiches were reheated and served again the next day.
I have stayed here several time but do not think I will stay again.

I was very disappointed. The photo above does not align with what you see when you walk into the hotel. the elevator was dirty, the rooms smell musty, the tub was not cleaned well and the carpets were stained badly. I didn't want to walk on the carpet with bare feet. The pool had so much hair and debris floating in it. The maids didn't want to clean my room. The best thing was the bed was comfortable. and the staff was nice. The lady with red hair was the so kind and welcoming. She was the best!

Awful service I requested all 3 rooms to be cleaned daily when I made my reservation 3 weeks before we traveled was told to inform them at check in I did the next day room wasn’t cleaned manager promised to clean from there on the next day that didn’t happen until I had to call in be told front desk doesn’t have time for me I spoke with cleaning lady in charge she said I got you she cleaned it that day the next day was my daughter’s wedding room wasn’t clean she wore her dress got her makeup and hair done in a dirty room the lady in charge of cleaning was talking to one of her staff in Spanish she didn’t know I speak the language told her this guy is crazy he wants us to clean his rooms daily we are not even though her manager promised me to do that
On 1 occasion instead of changing the sheets they just fixed them my wife bleed from her nose the night before the blood was on the fixed up sheet we had 3 rooms totaling 19 nights my son in-law had a room for 3 nights that’s a total of 22 nights
I can’t believe they have the Marriott name up there what an insult I am attaching a picture of the sheets

This is a nice hotel, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Only thing I can complain about is the stench of weed in the hallways. I guess it’s ok to smoke dope but not smoke cigarettes. The smell is quite sickening. But I guess if you stay in your room and never go into the hall it’s ok.

Room was very dirty, carpets and curtains were horrible. Hall smelled like smoke, no hand soap and TV did not work. Broken tiles in bathroom, and ugh the sink was dirty. Pool was not available and that was what I was looking forward too.

There are stains on the carpet and the tile in the bathroom was grossly dirty. The bathroom needs to be updated as well. The sink didn't have any hot water, could only get cold water all weekend long.

We have a full renovation which will be starting in the next few months. We just took over the hotel and did a full carpet cleaning but again the renovation will address those issues. I travel a lot and this was the worst hotel stay. Very disappointed, as I thought most Marriott hotels are pretty nice. The lobby looked fine, but the rooms need a serious update. The bathroom tile was gross and the tub was pretty old. I seriously contemplated asking for a new room. The only redeeming quality was the front desk clerk, who was very friendly when we arrived and left.

Checkin was pleasant. Staff was courteous and friendly at the desk, however the hand towels in the bathroom was dirty with lipstick and hair on them. The tub was also dirty. Hotel was very loud and noisy. I could everything through the walls. The guy in the room next to me was coughing and snoring most of the night. Children were running up and down the halls and playing knocking on my room door then running off hiding until close to midnight. I could hear the people in the room above me walking very hard back and forth across the floor. I went down to the lobby to get coffee and the coffee area was filthy and the trash can was overflowing with some trash on the floor. I let the night staff at the desk know about the trash and she waved me off and continued to talk to a man at the desk about cooking food for him. I will not be returning to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone.

The door of the room I was in had a large gap underneath it. It was on an angle, with about 1.5 inches being the highest and going down to less than half an inch.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not bad and the lobby area was nice. The hall and room carpet was extremely dirty. Also there was good left in the refrigerator from previous guest. I have stayed at Springhill Suites in other cities, this location shocked me that it was not clean. If you’re picky about your hotel this is not the place for you. If you just need somewhere to sleep then this will work for you.
