"This place was perfect. It was clean, extremely well equipped in an amazing location. Walkable to everything, but just on the edge of the busy areas so it was quiet! Not a single detail overlooked! We would come back here in a heartbeat! Thank you for an amazing ending to our Colombia adventure."

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is good. However: 1) The guard at the entrance delayed our entry over an hour (!!) in order to "check our documents". This, despite the fact that we had passports, ID cards; and even custody documents for the kids! Still it took over an hour to "double check" our documents and "enter the details into the system" - all the while treating us like criminals. That was a very unpleasant way to begin our stay. 2) The water pressure in the shower...

"Cette annonce était une fraude. Je me suis retrouvé apres un vol en retard de 3h a Cartagena. Nous sommes arrives a la dite appartement Palmetto a 9h00pm pour me faire dire que l'annonce était une fraude et qu'il ny avait aucune reservation a mon nom ni au nom de l'hote qui lui meme etait inconnu des gestionnaires de l'immeuble."
