The worst. We stayed at 10 hotels on our trip through Italy. This was by far the absolute worst place we stayed. It was so bad that we checked out early and paid for another hotel with no refund.
This property has no parking nearby so we had to park two blocks away and walk with our luggage.
The area was unsafe and covered in graffiti. At night there were gangs in the street making noise all night.
Early in the morning there were deliveries being made to the shops on the street below.
The noise was exacerbated by the fact that our window did not close.
Despite how unsafe the area was the safe in the room was broken and did not work. We had to get replacement batteries and even then they kept falling out.
The checkin times are restricted and there is noone at the property at night. So there was noone to speak to about the broken window.
The bed was terrible, sloping to one side which meant I had to put some pillows on the side to stop myself from falling out of bed.
Despite all of this we paid a premium price for this accommodation because it is located near the two towers.
I sincerely hope this place is shut down so that noone else has to experience this terrible place. Do not stay here.
