"Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt."

"Great location right across from Bologna Centrale. The first room I was in was a little dated, and the shower leaked. The hotel immediately switched us to another room within 15 min, and was much more updated and without any issues. Staff were very helpful. Interesting touch was their pillow menu, where they offer different types of pillows available for guests to choose from (memory foam, microbead)"

"Quiet location 15 min walk from the central train station. Very friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. We had an issue with one of the rooms but this was resolved quickly and an alternative room offered. Good breakfast and also had a nice meal here. Underground garage was an advantage with ability to book our space for a small fee."
