"I had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre and would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic , right in the heart of Manchester and within easy walking distance of the Arndale, Northern Quarter, restaurants, bars and transport links.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and everyone we interacted with was helpful and accommodating.
Our room was clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and despite being in the city centre, we were able to get a great night’s sleep.
Breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of options and attentive service. The hotel itself is well maintained, stylish and has a lovely atmosphere.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great location, comfortable rooms and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre to anyone visiting Manchester and will definitely be returning on my next trip."
