"Room itself was huge for a hotel room. Water pressure was great and room was very clean. Breakfast was basic, but perfect for what we needed. Ice machine was great. Pool was older and the metal chairs were uncomfortable. The staff on the check in were virtual on a kiosk and extremely rude, but the in personal cleaning/ maintenance staff were very accommodating. I will not be staying here again unless front desk staff is in person."

"The room did not feel clean. The bed was not made up like it should be, my daughter was concerned it hadn’t been washed? The AC was terrible. Very loud on and off and never cooled the room sufficiently. The walls were dirty and the tile in bathroom didn’t feel clean, felt I needed to wear shoes in there. Would not stay again. And a random charge on my credit card for 3 dollars? Not sure what for?"

"The resort is wonderful. Beware the high pressure sale to join the Hyatt Vacation Club. That made our stay less than we hoped for."

"It was a beautiful and serene place, and we enjoyed it. The salsa instructor was very professional, and made a lesson on Friday night easy and fun."
