"I booked the whole apartment as shown in my booking, however, when I arrived, I only got the living room for my whole family. they have sold the bedroom to another people. The agent did not tell us this beforehand and just said we will get some refund for our staying. "The automated check in procedure is a mess.
The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message.
This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid.
If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer.
The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. "

"Quartier calme, proche de la station de navette Phantasialand.
Logement : pas très bien isolé, une douche avec beaucoup de moisissure, équipement minimale mais on apprécie la smart TV qui se connecte au wifi de la guesthouse de temps en temps.
Literie assez dure, heureusement qu'un surmatelas adoucie un peu."
