"My bathroom had not been cleaned properly there was literally 100’s of pubic hairs in the shower and outside of it.
I was moved to another room but the floor in the bathroom looked very dirty. I think it is due to the type of tile, they need to look at different cleaning products.
Having access to the gym was wonderful. The restaurant was about to get an upgrade so I look forward to seeing that. Meal was OK."

"Our check-in experience was superb with great customer service and a warm welcome for a special occasion. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the mountains. Parking was easy (and included, with easy access to any floor from the parking garage. Breakfast was superb with a variety of options, but we were particularly impressed with the croissants! The Pullman team at Penrith Panthers are world-class and made our experience pure pleasure from start to finish. Go Panthers!"

"We had to check out after being in the room for an hour - my daughter's allergies flared up so badly due to dust and dirt in the room.
We were charged the full amount of our stay - we had booked for a 4-night stay - and we accepted that we would be penalised for 1 night. However, they still charged us for the entire stay.
The rooms are terribly tired; the carpets have not been cleaned, and the surfaces are very greasy and poorly cleaned.
Proceed with caution..."

"The hotel itself is very old and needs to be updated. Shower is too small and not modern enough. Room lights are confusing and need to be sorted out. Noise of Fan in bathroom didn't stop all night. I wouldn't recommend staying again."

Check in was self done. Staff barely acknowledged us.
We were put on the ground floor which was close to a function room that had a live band playing. We were not told about this or given an option if we didn’t want to be near the room. When I went to ask about it I was ignored by the bar staff for about 5 minutes until I butted in. There was no one on reception. I was told the band was playing till 10 but they would ask them to turn it down. The noise level didn’t...
