One lamp was broken a teetering. And there is NO soundproofing between floors. I mean, none. Anyone simply walking around, just normally, upstairs could be heard. Lots was good. But the noise was significant."

Cons - the refrigerator in my room (321) did not work and the one and only ice machine in the entire hotel was out of order. "
