We checked in on 4th, very tired, so only showered on 5th morning, I noticed there was no hot water in both shower and faucet sink, but the outside temperature so hot, I thought it was Bora Bora's tradition just using natural temperature water...till I second time shower need to wash hair with shampoo this cold water is really not working...so I asked front desk, they didn't apologize, just tell me to wait till evening after 8pm, their worker will come to open hot water for us?! During our 4 nights stay, we only had room cleaning service for 2 times (on 6th and 7th) on 5th they just didn't show up, we were also very jet lagged, so I thought it's their tradition not to clean on second day after arrival. However, on 6th they came to clean, our towels were already used for 3 days, they didn't change new; when I go ask them, they said you have to throw all your towels on the floor (!) then they will change them(!) so in the hot weather of Bora Bora we only had fresh towels on the night before we check out.
But you what? On the night before we check out they informed me that my autistic son was dirtying their garbage bin, so they will charge me 2500xpf cleaning fee (?!) I said I was with my son all the time, I never saw him dirtying garbage bin, they only came to clean on our third day of stay, of course they should expect the garbage bin to be full...after I complained they informed me their cleaning fee will be actually 25,000xfp !!! For God sake, what garbage bin will$U250.
