Friendly staff but bad installations and location.

Location is behind a empty plot , not by the beach, and the way in to hotel is quite scary at night. Also the bed sheets there had always stains, shower didn’t work properly and they don’t have hot hotel to shower at night. Staff is very friendly.

Clean, modern inside with minor possibility of bug

Really hard to find, nestled away in a dingier part of Station 3. Not much of a lobby. Interior of room was great, very clean and modern. Would have rated higher but I saw a fairly large cockroach which made me second guess my experience

no electricity. No one came to check if we’re ok. They are asking for extra charge for another person for a 2 person in one bedroom. Poor service.

Everything is ok. No pool but we went there for the beach (boracay). Although food was only for 3 people inatead of 5.

Very bad customer service

When I made my reservation Ii have selected the wrong date. I have sent four e-mails and nobody answer me. I was not able to call customer service. I have lost my money. I finaly have access to call the number on my reservation and the person who answer me told me that he has not My reservation!

you have to carry your bags down a long dirt path to get to the hotel, no elevator, AC would cut off automatically leaving the room hot, took several times before it worked, roosters outside are bad, walk to the beach which is near by you go through what looks like a homeless camp/trash dump. Avoid this place. And the beach is littered with boats you might as well stay in station 1 or 2

Värsta stället jag försökt sova på, Tupparna börjar 3.00-4.00 på morgonen och galer var 3-7 minut till 15-tiden på dagen då det blir tyst ett tag.Trevlig personal vid frukosten framför allt.

Service was great

Service was great. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and we really appreciate them. I only have positive reviews for the hotel staff. However we stayed at the first floor and basically was fed by mosquitoes (there was also a gigantic spider in our room) everyday. We realised that there aren’t as many mosquitoes at the top floors (3rd/4th) so maybe you’d consider living at the top floors for a good night’s sleep.

Keep away

It’s right by the beach, but the comfort is bad. The aircondition has one adjustment (supercold), and it makes so much noise, had to turn it off to manage to sleep. But when you turn the a/c off, you hear the screaming cocks right outside your window even louder (they work 24/7). The breakfast is ok and simple. The shower says you got to leave the water running for a couple of minutes to get warm, but no matter how long you kept it running, it didn’t get warm, at all! The staff is really nice though. All in all, steer away.

가격만큼 하는 호텔. 3박에 127,000원_ 조식포함. 스테이션3 해변(화이트비티)과 매우 가까워서 좋음. 침구랑 화장실 매우깨끗, 에어컨도 잘나옴. 직원들이 정말 친절!! 매우매우 친절하심 다만 객실내에 슬리퍼가 구비되어잇지않음. 또한, 뜨거운물이 태양열로 만들어지기때문에 밤에는 뜨거운물이 안나온다.

Small room off the beach

The room I had was small, but what it made it feel smaller is there was no window for the room. There was no fresh air into the room. The Aircon worked great the bed was comfortable the bathroom small, but then again I didn’t get the room because of a large bathroom. The location is set back from the beach, not a big deal, but the 20 or so roosters that roamed the area liked to crow at 1 am. The breakfast was good that came with the room. It is a little overpriced for what it is, a small room with a bed and a bathroom set back from the beach.

많이 할인받아서 결제했는데, 이 이상 돈 줬으면 아까울 뻔 했습니다. 방은 딱 침대랑 티비 냉장고밖에 없었는데, 와이파이도 룸에선 안됐어요. 조식은 룸으로 갖다주는 형식.

진짜 가지 마세요

밤에 도착해서 하룻밤 자기 좋을것같아서 예약했는데 너무 너무 외진곳에 있고 지저분해요 물도 물통에 담겨있는데 어떤 물인지 정체를 모르겠고 이불도 지저분해서 덮고 잘수가 없고 에어컨은 기침이 나서 킬수가 없으며 바퀴벌레에 개미에 곰팡이 냄새에 정말 불쾌했어요 직원도 불친절해요

El hotel esta en Estacion 3 al lado de la playa que es mas tranquila con menos gente. El acceso al hotel es lamentable, camino de barro y charcos y la atencion al cliente deja que desear mucho. Camas pequeñas 110 cm como doble, al reclamar nos dieron una superior con 2 camas (mas comodo), wifi apenas funciona y tampoco hay señal del movil para usar datos, el agua caliente estaba cerrado al reclamar abrieron el grifo, la limpieza es basica y el desayuno...arroz con ternera o pescado (tipico).

Decent enough hotel that is close to the beach.

The Expedia booking was quite confusing. I booked for 3 adults and 3 kids. It is understandable for 6 persons. The ages of the kids were given. When we checked in they told us that we only have 3 breakfast. After talking to the reception and booking another night they gave us breakfast for 4 persons. I suggest that they indicate that the free breakfast is for adults only. -poor lighting -ref is not cold enough -no cabinets or shelves to put your clothes -small airpot upon request -no coffee mug -there are 4 glasses and refillable pitcher of water

値段相応です。

メインストリートからの道が分かりづらい。 特に夜は暗くて女性にはお勧め出来ない。 ビーチまで近いがビーチは見えない。ホテルの前にいるニワトリが朝早くから鳴いてうるさい。スタッフの対応は親切で良かったが、部屋のシャワーのお湯が出るまでに時間がかかる(２,3分)。朝食はチェックイン時にメニューを数種類の中から選ぶ。部屋にアメニティはなし。ミスだと思うが、タオルもなかった。寝るだけなら良いと思うが、リゾート感は残念ながらありません。こちらの評価が良かったので予約しましたが、なぜ良かったのか疑問です。悪くはありませんが、良くはないと思います。
