"I stayed at Petronilla for 3 nights whilst holidaying with a friend. Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! It was a quick and easy 20 min taxi ride from the airport. The hotel is small and stylish and nestled in amongst a thriving array of shops and restaurants. "The owner was very obliging and helpful(we had a broken chair that they were unaware of and was soon replaced).
The guest house was very quiet,rooms lovely and very spacious(we stayed in a quadruple room).
The manager gave helpful advice and booked our airport taxi which arrived on time,only ever a call or text away.
10 mins from train station and very central to all restraunts and shops.
Highly recommend."

"Hotel was in a great location and was clean and tidy, however the self service check in was not very intuitive, and when we had a problem with the automatic lock on our door, you could only call a local number, which for an international traveller is not a good thing. The cleaner eventually helped us call the local number and after a bit of hassle the problem with the lock was resolved. There was a whatsapp number, but they would not take calls for service.
