"Staff at check in rude and dismissive. Paid up front and then when I left I checked my bank account and tried to charge me not once but twice! "The hotel was extremely clean. James was very helpful and checking us in. Everyone was so polite and helpful. I love the coffee bar available. Whenever you’re looking for a pick me up. And the location right across in the train station is amazing. If it’s your first time here, some AI and websites may say they’re a pick pockets in the area. I found it to be very safe, cleaning, full of vibrate, restaurants, and things to do. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to all of the exciting tourists...
