Very good service, one of the best hotels we've stayed at in terms of service. Clean rooms, easy parking, and friendly staff. We would stay here again.

Booked a apartment as i have two kids. Kitchen facility and dinning/ living room area was a amazing touch when it came to eating dinner in around the breakfast bar or very large tea table as a family. Room was clean and had ample bedding as you could turn the sofas in the livingroom into beds. Breakfast was great, option of hot and cold meats. The kids absolutely destroyed the hot chocolate and freshly squeezed orange/ lemon juice. Travel, bus stop outside the hotel and comes every hour, on...

What a wonderful find. The hotel is so beautiful and regal. Our room was on the 2nd floor, there is no lift if that’s an issue. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world! We had no idea how large the dishes would be and wish we had ordered less but wow it was so tasty! We didn’t need lunch that’s for sure. Highly recommended by us.

Great location with very easy parking - just a quick walk to the centre of town and great facilities just next door (Fabrika coffee, a supermarket and very close to the MCB tap room!!) Nice breakfast, all very easy, clean and friendly.

Had a great stay here, amazing location in the Old Town which meant lots of attractions were only a couple minutes walk away so incredibly convenient. The breakfast was lovely and filling, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend!

Clean and perfectly acceptable room situated in the heart of the city. This is not a luxury hotel but an affordable and sensible choice for someone requiring a convenient base in Sarajevo. Staff were most helpful and organised a fixed price airport transfer which was better than using a taxi.

Lovely hotel, the room was well equipped and a great size. The location was excellent. Would come again.
