Staff is always great. No hot water, so had a lukewarm shower, but they compensated me fairly. Always stay there.. great location and rooms are clean and very nice.

Seaport Hotel Boston
Room was spotless. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Only complaint is towels were too rough and stiff. Need a little bit softener. Otherwise, happy with my stay and will book there again in the future.
