Price-wise, it was a good option. The location is very convenient too, since it’s very close to a mall with lots of stores and restaurants. The one thing I would suggest is replacing the carpets in the rooms, but overall, it was a good experience.

The rooms were clean, just dated. The staff was nice and helped with check in and out quickly. Direct TV in the bedroom 👎. Direct tv is just terrible. AC was cold enough, basically it’s a nice place to stay with a reasonable price.

Great location. Great staff. Large rooms. If you are a clean freak this may not be the hotel for you. Rooms tidy however deeper look inside drawers, behind bed where you may need to access electrical outlets, not very clean. Found paper, wrapings and dust, may have been there for a while. No or very little staff to clean up during or after breakfast so again if you are scornful may not be for you. Skipped breakfast for those reasons. Memorable time spent for low maintenance travellers.

While this hotel is old, it has maintained its standards quite well. Love the staff, they are so helpful. Because the hotel is old, sometimes things in the room need replacement. It seems to be easier to take something from a nearby room rather than actually fix it. Consequently, my room this time was missing the luggage rack and tissues. No biggy and I didn’t raise the issue. I’ve been on the receiving end of the quick resolve, so only fair. The beds are amazingly comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a good stay, and everything else was fine. The only issue was that the carpet in the room wasn't very clean. Other than that, the room was comfortable, and I appreciated the good service.

This looks like it was a good place to bring family at some time in the past. The unique layout reminds me of a destination resort hotel. It has seen a lot of wear and the staff is hit or miss. I asked for a wake-up call and got one even though they don’t normally do that. Early evening I tried to call the front desk and it was busy. But when I went there she was on the phone with a friend for a LONG time. Breakfast was at least a half hour late being put out and it was bleak. No serving utensils and basically toast and cereal and a waffle maker but it looks like the guy just did the bare minimum. The place was clean and I left a tip for the housekeeper because they deserved that. I wish they just put in a little more effort all around. I would go here again because despite the aged building it did feel relatively safe and is affordable

The property is dated but clean and will maintain the interior looks amazing. The layout the room is clean. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked great I guess the only downside was the breakfast. It was basic. I would say there again no issues.

The manager Nara she unhelpful, very mean, I asked her if she have an Apple Pay for I can pay my check-in. She look at me and said do II asked her if she have an Apple Pay for I can pay my check-in. She look at me and said do I have to tell you we don’t have Apple Pay? She wants to charge me for the side park on the street! The other people work here they’re very nice the housekeeper lady she’s a sweetheart. She always help. I recommended this hotel. If she’s not here a lot of people complain about her. I think the owner should change the manager.

Note: This hotel is a 45 minute drive away from the tourist parts of Boston (on Saturday and Sunday in August) This was probably a really nice place 40 years ago. The staff was super nice and helpful. The room cleanliness was questionable (surfaces were wiped, carpet looked clean, linens were stained and had an interesting smell, bathroom had mold, curtains were stained). It came with soap, air conditioning/heating, the windows open, there was a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a microwave, a minifridge, coffee and water, and a tv with a handful of channels. It was a very peaceful and quiet hotel with lots of indoor parking for 10$ per night or outdoor parking for free. The continental breakfast had waffles, toast, coffee, tea, and cereal with milk. There was also a pool that needs some maintenance but it was heated and the area around the pool was very clean. Again, the lobby staff were always very courteous and helpful.

Hotel Was Fine, But the Breakfast Needs a Major Overhaul! While the room was clean and the staff were pleasant, we were shocked by the quality of the breakfast. A hotel breakfast doesn't need to be extravagant, but offering simple additions like some fresh fruit, yogurt, or even a basic pastry would make a world of difference. We hope the management considers improving this, as it's the one thing that would stop us from returning.

The carpet throughout was filthy, I nearly turned around in the lobby. The actual room had clean linens, even if the decor was quite dated. You could tell that this had once been an upscale place. But even in my room the carpet was in need of a shampoo. On the plus side, it was quiet, and there was ample parking across the street. Coffee was hot. Breakfast was toast, mini muffins cereal, yogurt and there was also a waffle maker. No eggs or other protein

The bed was comfortable. Fairly Quiet. Hotel was filthy. Crumbs in halls were never vacumed. All rooms smelled like smoke! Hotel staff tried their best to find one was wasn't as bad. Showers heads were not properly attached and sprayed bathroom ceilings. Pay to park and pay for the pool.

Lobby poor need upgrade, rest of area was okay. Room appeared clean with some minor cosmetics needed and a very loose bathroom facet. Received an email for parking $5 for outside $8 underground. During check in told $10 unground free across street. Told it changed, in two days. Payed the $10, just irritating. Looked at breakfast - not much and dirty from others and left.
