The staff was very friendly and helpful and took extra time to help us understand the public transportation system. We were worried whether the “Wicked Small Room” would be too small, but we like to cruise and it was a little bigger than a cruise cabin, and had all that we would want including a mini-fridge and coffee maker. Great location with a public transportation stop very close by. Excellent hotel for the price point and we would certainly stay here again.

The Hilton Boston Park Plaza was a really great place to stay in Boston. The location is ideal for all visitors, close to restaurants, shopping Boston Commons, Boston Public Gardens, the T-Lines. we upgraded to a larger room and it was so worth it. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms have a refrigerator and coffee/tea station(Keurig). I would highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Boston.

The rooms were clean. The hotel was quiet especially considering it is Patriot's Day weekend and very busy. All staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful.
