"The room was excellent. Everything was excellent.
If I could change any thing it would be the guests located one floor above us - very noisy. Dropping things on the floor or stomping or....?
But we realize you cannot control that sort of thing so no problem. We will be back."
"I have been here 7 times now. Very plain and basic, but also considerably less expensive than others. The building is back from the road, off by itself, and is always staffed, so I always feel safe here even when I'm on the first floor. The highway runs right past it, thus there is a lot of traffic noise, but I put in my foam ear plugs and sleep quite well. For the price, I definitely recommend it!"
"I thought this was an excellent option for the price - clean rooms, friendly staff, comfy beds and overall a nice stay. The only issue we ran into is that we had booked two queen beds and instead received a room with one king bed and a sleeper sofa. Since it was just myself and my daughter this worked out fine for us though."
"What a gem! We were so impressed with the quality and service at the Distill-Inn, given the affordability and location of the hotel.
The room - we reserved a two bedroom suite for a girls bourbon weekend and it was perfect. Nicely appointed, clean, spacious and the beds were so comfortable.
The breakfast was SO GREAT. Who gets smoothies at a budget hotel? We did. Hot and cold options, plentiful, and the addition of fancy coffees were the cherry on top.
Staff was friendly and accommodating to really welcome us to KY and to Bardstown. Stay here, you will not regret it. "
