A little scattered, garage elevator was convenient, but not convenient. Bring your parking/garage ticket with you to hotel check in.Don't try to pay at wall kiosk, bring to front desk, which is so not convenient.

the staff was professional and personable deserve high marks, the facility in general was clean. i would say this place is not worth the $$$. essentially no bar, what they promote as a bar is their snack bar /restaurant. i paid 50.00 glass of wine and bloody mary. no munchies and not a inviting, restful atmosphere to settle in before our planned evening breakfast was in the same place an was better than expected. again a compliment to the staff. no valet service either.
just saying for 600.00 plus i expected more

For $400 a night you get the smallest room i have ever stayed in, right next to the elevator with the doors opening and closing 24/7. Hard pass.

I can’t begin to explain how beautiful I thought this property was. As soon as I saw the exterior upon arriving, I knew I was about to have a luxury experience! This hotel is the epitome of luxury and class. After arriving at around 1:30 in the afternoon, I was able to check in smoothly and given a room on a high floor with a lovely city view. The room though petite was chicly decorated and the bed…glorious! The softest, whitest high thread count sheets ever! I loved the calming color scheme and stylish decor. And all the lamps. I am big on lighting so it was just a vibe! The lobby area is breathtaking with large scale artwork EVERYWHERE. I felt as though I was at an art gallery. Later in the evening I went to the indoor pool. Impeccably clean with towels overflowing. The water temperature was just right. The gym has state of the line exercise equipment. Everything was just so well appointed and gorgeous. Staying here was an absolute dream come true. The staff was friendly and accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Especially the young lady who was at the desk when I arrived. Special thanks to the manager on duty as well. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Cambridge. Truly a dream stay! Thank you Expedia for suggesting this gem to me. I had the stay of my life I believe!

Property is in a convenient location based on access to the Boston downtown area.
Hotel property - the common areas and rooms show excessive wear and in need of a full refresh. The overall appearance of the hotel was poor. The nightly rate I was charged for my room is definitely not in line with how this hotel presents itself.....4 star price for a 2 star hotel...
This was my second time staying at this location and based on this latest experience I will not go back....

Stayed before and was great. This time was shoved into an awkwardly shaped room right next to the elevator that you could hear night and day. The lights worked randomly.The closet light had a mind of its own going on and off all the time. No way to shut it off or disconnect. The air conditioning was non existent. It ran but only made noise. It did not heat or cool. Thankfully the temperature hovered between 65 and 70 so not needed. Overall. It was a letdown compared to previous stay. May have to consider going elsewhere next time.

Two day stay. Quiet, clean and large spacious room.
Walking distance (30mins or less) to most sites in Boston and Cambridge. Red and green line transit is convenient since parking is rare and expensive.

I reserved and pay for 2 queen bedroom with city view, got bumped to 2 full bed with blocked riverview. Staff said west tower is close because of repair but I saw customers were there and learned later west tower is open. Just dont have time to change rooms but that’s what happened. Location is convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.staff and Manager on our check out date is so efficient and helpful. Manager even helped me with my luggages.

It was great having a nice restaurant on premises to eat meals at. The indoor pool was very nice and had so much natuaral light due to the glass ceiling. The room was very nicely done.
